the breakfast was good. it included eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cake. the staff was helpful. they gave me tips for navigating the city.
the room i got was different from the pictures online. also, the shower didn't drain well. the location wasn't great. i found the neighborhood a bit shady.

The staff offered very nice assistance with luggage from the car. The bedroom featured a large layout with an adjoining bathroom that included a shower within the bath. I enjoyed lemon chicken tajine one evening. The flavor was good. The staff showed genuine interest in ensuring my comfort, this gesture was appreciated.
During checkout, i learned about an extra 3.5% fee for card payments. This policy should be communicated upfront to avoid surprises at the end of the stay.

I had 5 days with cold showers in the morning. This REALLY annoyed me. the water would collect at the bottom of the tray. the staff apologised but couldn't fix it, so i took COLD showers. also, they charged a 3.5% fee to pay on card. That is a BIT much.

the staff were attentive! they give me a map with the most amazing plan. the train station is only 10 minutes by taxi. i loved the breakfast!
the shower water temperature fluctuate a bit, though not so much to be a problem.

the riad provided many sitting areas for guest relaxation! there is a pool to cool you after a walk. the riad is very fine and has gentle calming colors.

the team surprised me with a lovely birthday decoration on the bed! the reception team helped me whenever i needed something. hamzah took the time to explain everything about the riad.
